POSITION SUMMARY
Stratton Mountain Resort is currently seeking friendly, guest service providing, Front Desk Agents to join the Lodging team. The Front Desk Agent will be working out of both The Black Bear Lodge and The Welcome Center. Agents are responsible for checking guests in and out of their lodging reservations, giving general information about the area, and answering the PBX phone system. Agents are expected to always deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Check guests in and out of Stratton lodging
- Anticipate and take appropriate action surrounding guest issues
- Prepare welcome packets for arrivals when necessary
- Answer phone calls from guests; includes answering the PBX phone system
- Give general information about the resort
- Keep the front desk area tidy
- Sell select products to guests
- Assist guests with rates and information regarding their visit
- Other duties as assigned by Front Desk Management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask & delegate tasks as needed
- Flexible work schedule
