Hourly pay range for role is $12.50-15.37 per hour In addition, our Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

• Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager's days off
• Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
• Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process
• Monitoring and training new employees
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
• Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Cash management
• Inventory management
• Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals
