Lube Technician Duties:
- Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles.
- Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper.
- Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
