At Structural Buildings, we specialize in designing and constructing a wide range of building types, including post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete structures. Our commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do.
Purchase Order Management : Experience in managing purchase orders, including creating, tracking, and reconciling them within QuickBooks or similar software.
Data Entry Skills : Proven accuracy and efficiency in entering data for invoices, purchase orders, and other financial records.
Bookkeeping Proficiency : At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop for accounts payable / receivable and bank deposits.
Customer Service Skills : A warm, professional demeanor to greet visitors and handle multi-line phone systems.
HR Process Experience (Bonus) : Familiarity with basic HR tasks such as assisting with onboarding or employee record management is a plus but not required.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in an open office environment and managing interruptions while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
Technical Know-How : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring alignment with invoices and accuracy in data entry.
Prepare and complete daily bank deposits for Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. and affiliated companies.
Enter invoices into QuickBooks and Buildertrend, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventories.
Maintain organized filing systems for paper and electronic documents.
Support office operations with tasks such as data entry, reporting, and clerical duties.
