Job Description

As a Beauty Sales Advisor for Moida, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. Your focus will be on setting and exceeding customer expectations by recommending products best suited for their skin type. As the face of Moida, you will have the opportunity to showcase our amazing products and put your full passion for beauty and skincare to the test. The duties of a Beauty Sales Advisor may change at any time, with or without cause, due to the nature of the business. Communication will be delivered by the Retail Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

• Greeting each guest as they enter and browse throughout the store

• Delivering exceptional customer service by listening to guests needs and answering questions concerning products and services

• Recommending products and offering complimentary samples based on guest interest or items already selected for purchase.

• Informing guests of any upcoming promotional events or sales

• Helping the store retail team eliminate potential theft by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining awareness of your surroundings while on the sales floor.

• Tendering guest payments on the handheld POS to alleviate time while delivering on service. Bagging the customer orders neatly and, upon request, gift wrapping products.

• Working with the management team on advertising throughout the store and visual displays.

• Assisting the store retail team with merchandising of products, cleaning, and participating in physical inventory preparation.

• Meeting overall Beauty Sales team weekly sales quotas.

• Partnering with management for social media postings and promotions.

• Being exceptionally knowledgeable about Style Korean products. Answering any questions regarding skincare and beauty terms, uses, and effects. Refer to the beauty terms and uses handbook for reference.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in beauty sales

• A demonstrated passion for customer service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• The ability to work well with others

• This position requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise during a scheduled shift.

• Must be 18 or older

Compensation

• The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00 / Hour. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
