What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sporthaus Front Desk Agent position at SUGAR BOWL RESORT?
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Sporthaus Front Desk Agent to handle all Sporthaus guest check in/check outs and other related guest charges. You will handle telephone and reservations inquiries accurately, efficiently, courteously, promptly and professionally while promoting Sporthaus services and amenities. While maintaining a professional image you will be required to identify, show sensitivity and respond to our guests needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction to all our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal, writing and analytical skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic. Must be able to work with little to no direct supervision
- Must be able to work with public, function well under pressure and in emergency situations
- Ability to pass criminal background check
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Answering the telephone and making reservations
- Processing payments and cancellations
- Guest correspondence, handling complaints
- Generating reports
- Check in/check out of Sporthaus classes and Spa appointments
- Wipe down & shut down of some equipment
- Collect towels for laundering
- Maintaining supplies throughout the facility and ordering more if needed
- Greet all guests in a cheerful manner, responding to emergency procedures and promoting the Sporthaus
Pay $18/hour - $21/hour dependent on experience.
