Job Title: Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced oral maxillofacial surgeon to join our team in Orland, CA. As an oral maxillofacial surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients with conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and facial structures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical care for patients with various conditions such as impacted teeth, jaw fractures, and oral cancer.
• Diagnose and treat dental and facial abnormalities, including malocclusions and misaligned teeth.
• Perform surgical procedures such as extractions, bone grafts, and implant placements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice dentistry in the State of California.
• Current DEA registration.
• One year experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery recommended.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Works well with patients, co-workers, and vendors in a generally comfortable office environment.
• Employee must possess the following physical requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels).
• Must have adequate vision to read memos, charts, and other clinic documents.
• Must have high manual dexterity.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder level to work.
• Must be able to bend, squat, and sit, stand, stoop, crouching, reaching, kneeling, twisting, turning.
