About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Physician to join our team in Orland, CA. The successful candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, emphasizing education and prevention of oral disease processes.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Practices general dentistry, including preventive care, diagnosis-treatment plans, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
- Maintains complete and legible records of treatment and initial or signs all chart entries.
- Complies with OSHA, HIPAA guidelines, and maintains quality productivity standards.
- Attends mandatory meetings and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualities and Characteristics:
- Maintains a professional relationship and positive attitude with co-workers, the public, patients, and staff.
- Strives to learn more and is receptive to learning different ways of doing things.
- Displays enthusiasm toward the work and the mission.
Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Valid license to practice dentistry in the State of California.
- Current DEA registration and CPR certificate.
- One year experience recommended.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Works well with patients, co-workers, and vendors in a generally comfortable environment office.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels).
