Warehouse Support Technician (Lenexa, KS.)

Job Description:

SumnerOne is seeking a Warehouse Support Technician to join our growing team in Lenexa, KS. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to start a long term career with a company that values growth and internal development. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory and supplies, and learn how to assemble and prepare equipment for delivery. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist our delivery team and receive training to operate a box truck, where you will gain logistics experience along the way. We offer hands on training, certification programs, and the ability to explore other departments as you become more comfortable in role! 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and processing shipments
• Assemble and prep equipment for delivery or installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support local deliveries and receive training on box truck operation
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Detail Oriented and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, team-based environment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
