Job Title: Evening Nurse Supervisor (3pm-11pm Shift)

Salary:
- LPN: Up to $33 per hour
- RN: Up to $42 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage resident care plans to ensure safety and quality.
- Coordinate and supervise services to maintain a homelike atmosphere.
- Conduct regular rounds and assist with new admissions.
- Foster a team-oriented environment to enhance resident care.
- Monitor and address incidents, accidents, and complaints, implementing preventive measures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensed RN or LPN in Florida.
- Minimum one year of experience in long-term care; supervisory experience preferred.
