As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting on a daily basis with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, you will assist people in the community and help us form a dynamic customer-focused team, where each person plays an important role in the company’s success.
Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional customer service representatives to help manage the day-to-day branch operations.

• Assess customer loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
• Support customers in problem-solving financial needs.
• Manage customer communication regarding account status and conduct collection calls, as needed.
• Perform networking within the community and generate sales leads.

QUALIFICATIONS
Great candidates come from a variety of customer service and sales environments. If you have experience in any of the following areas, we want you to submit your application and talk with us today: Customer Service, Loan and Finance Industry, Service Industry, Assistant/Store Manager, Hospitality, Food Industry, Cash Handling, Banking/Bank Teller, Sales Associate, Retail Industry, 5-star customer service.

Must have availability to work - Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm (possibly rotating), additional hours may be required (No Sundays)
