- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
- Enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay starts at 60k per year.
