What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Groundskeeper position at Sun Valley Resort?
A Golf Groundskeeper worker assists with the preparations of the golf courses for daily play.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Mowing grass
- Raking sand
- String trimming
- Digging holes
- Fertilizing
- Watering plants
- Irrigation repairs
- Any other duties assigned by the Superintendent or Director
Qualifications:
- Past work experience in landscaping is preferred
- The work hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; some weekend work will be expected
- Ability to stand and or sit for prolonged periods
- While performing the duties of this job's responsibilities, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
- Ability to safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace
Salary : $31,000 - $39,300
