Konditorei Pastry Cook (Summer 2025)

As a full-time Pastry Cook, you will take pride in providing top-of-the-line bread, desserts, and pastries at Sun Valley's Konditorei Restaurant at the Sun Valley Village. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:   

• Prepare all desserts and baked goods from start to finish using established hotel recipes
• Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all kitchen/ bakery appliances and equipment used to prepare dishes
• Participate in the development of the department budget
• Ensure adequate supplies of all raw materials needed to prepare baked goods and dessert items
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:    

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen 
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
• Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
