The Role
We are looking for an experienced Fraud Operations Specialist to join our growing team! In this role you will help develop and execute fraud risk strategies across all of our products. This is a wonderful opportunity for an analytical and data-driven individual to help shape investigatory processes and strategies to mitigate fraud risk. You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, customer care, legal, and various teams across the organization.

Role Responsibilities
- Review credit applications with high fraud risk
- Prevent and detect fraud by verifying applicant identity
- Develop verification procedures
- Lead investigation and analysis of fraud allegations
- Identify and monitor trends and causes through ongoing analysis
- Propose scalable solutions for fraud detection and prevention
- Improve operating processes by creating, optimizing, and automating workflows
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience investigating fraud in Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding and knowledge of industry trends and fraud tools
- Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills, with a preference for data-backed decision making
