What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Gymnastics Coach position at Suncoast Gymnastics Academy?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Preschool Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes and teaching young children gymnastics skills in a safe and fun environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preschool gymnastics classes for children ages 16 months to 5 years old.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills, including tumbling, bars, and balance beam.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the program.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of each child.
- Provide individual feedback and encouragement to each child to help them progress and improve.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other program-related data.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates and information about the program.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and in good condition.
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
