- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes to electronically scan and store hard copy employee files. Involves working using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Responsibility for collating materials and scanning into SharePoint folders.
- Work according to an assigned schedule. – 40hr work week, 8 hour days, M-F (can start between 7am and 8am); position is in office 100% due to nature of work (no exceptions)
- Ability to perform repetitive work
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
- Maintain high level of accuracy.
