1. Process Mapping & Transformation :
o Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows.
o Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
o Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPI’s, etc., recommending actionable improvements.
Program Management :
o Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
o Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.
