What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audi Beaverton Service Advisor position at Sunset Imports Inc?
Audi Beaverton is now accepting applications for an experienced Service Advisor! The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the dealership's first line of contact with the public on the service and repair side. In addition to greeting clients and answering telephones, the Service Advisor performs duties such as walk-throughs and assessing client vehicles, quoting time frames for service and repairs, and maintaining contact with clients throughout the entire service or repair process. The Service Advisor is charged with upholding Audi Beaverton's high level of service and quality craftsmanship as well as ensuring that client vehicles are serviced in a correct and efficient manner. The ideal candidate we are seeking will have excellent customer service and organizational skills, with at least 5 years of automotive service advising experience.
