The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking SC First Steps 4K Lead and Assistant Teachers for our school in Columbia on Clemson Rd.* and our school on Wilson Blvd. in Blythewood. No nights or weekends! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
Pay rate: $16-$19 per hour, based on education, experience, and credentials.

Responsibilities:
- Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
- Assistant: ECD 101 or CDA required.
- Lead: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
- At least 30 days of experience at a licensed childcare center required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
