OFFICE COORDINATOR
Our company is offering a fast-paced position as an Office Coordinator. As a key member of the administrative team, the role manages various customer care and administrative activities.
The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinator - Professional, Organized, Awesome customer service
- Responsible for answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Provide phone support and enter job leads
- Scheduling and working with a team
- Data Entry. Heavy, Multi-task.
- Calling Clients, Vendors, and Insurance Companies
- Various administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Reliability is a must. (Attendance, Punctuality, and Present)
- Self Starter and motivated
- Believes in the success of working as a team
- Positive and “can do” attitude
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent Technology/Software Skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills
- Construction Experience is a PLUS!
