- $18.00 - $21.00
- Mileage reimbursement
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

- Basic computer skills
MORE ON THE ROLE:
Housing Case Managers break the cycle of instability in the lives of our clients. While our ultimate goal is to help our clients move into stable housing, we measure our success by our ability to help clients take steps toward long-term stability, no matter how small. You will help clients create an individualized plan to identify and overcome barriers that have kept them from building long-term stability. Barriers we work through with our clients include criminal backgrounds, money management, lease comprehension, rent payment, and habit formation. About 50% of your time will be spent working with clients in their own homes and 50% will be spent in the office working on their behalf. While you will be working independently, you will have a team of housing case managers at your disposal to help trouble shoot and support you.
