JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
This position supports and maintains administrative functions for the Compliance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Security files.
- Take notes at interdepartmental and other meetings as directed.
- Generate Accounting forms on behalf of department (such as; Purchase Orders, Check Requests,
Expense Reports and all others).
- Provide oversight and assistance in the Checking firearms in and out to Sales, Engineering,
Suppressor Division, etc.
- Submit, and file ATF Forms - F2, F3, F5, & F9
- Assist Suppressor Department by completing "END OF DAY" paperwork.
- "END OF DAY" vault head Count -V13A & B.
- Process and transfer (ATF) SureFire Suppressors to our customers.
- Maintain Internal Inventory Logs.
- Assist FCO Admin and Access Control Operator when needed.
- Assist S&R when FCO Admin is needed.
- Assist with the international shipments ITAR, ensuring correct documentation is present for order, as necessary.
- Quarterly corner-to-corner audit.
- Audit Vaults, Random
- Monitor and renew SureFire's related licensing and permits.
- Monitor and assist with dangerous Weapons Permits Applications and renewal of those individuals with permits.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, as applicable. Report any incidents of harassment to your Supervisor,
Manager or Human Resources Manager.
- Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your Supervisor or Manager immediately.
- Other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.

Education
- High school diploma or GED, and up to three years’ work experience.

Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform calculations utilizing arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division normally attained through elementary school education.
