Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Are you a computer savvy sales professional with great customer service & phone skills? Corona Nissan is seeking qualified and flexible candidates to apply for our BDC Representative position. We’re looking for energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction.

As a BDC Representative, you will answer phone calls, set appointments for sales teams, and assist the Internet Department with responding to leads.

Job Responsibilities not limited to:

• · Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls
• · Set daily appointments
• · Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads

Qualifications:

• · Customer Service experience
• · Excellent communication skills for contacting and following up on customer inquiries
• · Bilingual Preferred
