Job description

Typesetter

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a typesetter. We are looking for computer-savvy individuals who have excellent attention to detail. As a typesetter, you will be responsible for the management of orders - importing data into accounting software and then exporting into custom database for order printing and sorting. Typesetting of orders - copying and pasting data into Adobe Illustrator and then exporting typeset files for laser engraver.A typesetter may also be cross-trained in data entry, graphic design, laser operation, or general factory production.

This position is intended to be a temporary, seasonal position, but there is room for advancement for the right candidate.

Key skills:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat

- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator

- Excellent communication style

- Solutions-oriented, team-oriented

- Willingness to be cross-trained
