What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, presentations, and reports
- Track progress on key business initiatives and follow up to ensure completion
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and coordinate cross-functional action items
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively address gaps
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience supporting executive leadership or working in a corporate administrative capacity
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational operations and priorities
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter mentality – someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfort with project management or collaboration tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
