POSITION TITLE: Technology Support SpecialistREPORTS TO: Director of Information TechnologySUMMARY: To ensure that all computers/chrome books are maintained in condition of operating excellence maximizing uptime.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Desktop support/repair2.Helpdesk tickets3.Repair of HP chrome books4.Troubleshooting hardware and software5.Track hardware/software inventory6.Coordinate repair of equipment with appropriate vendors7.Maintain multi-media equipment (SmartBoards and TV interfaces)8.Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Information TechnologyKNOWLEDGE OF: 1.Desktop experience in a Windows 10/11 environment. 2.Google workspace / Chrome OS3.Basic networking and computing skills4.Server 2019ABILITY TO: 1.Communicate effectively both, verbally and in writing 2.Respond in a timely manner3.Adapt to a changing environment; be flexible4.Work independently and as a teamQUALIFICATIONS: 1.1-3 years of desktop experience in a Windows network environment2.At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
