Swagelok Louisiana is seeking an Outside Sales/EPC Representative to grow our presence with EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction firms) and project-based customers across the oil & gas, chemical, and industrial sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with EPCs, construction firms, and project-based customers—delivering fluid system solutions that support complex capital projects across industrial markets.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with EPC firms, industrial customers, and engineering teams
- Manage long sales cycles tied to capital projects (bid through commissioning)
- Present technical solutions and position Swagelok’s value-added services
- Partner internally to ensure flawless project execution
- Track capital upgrade plans, turnarounds, and plant expansions in your territory
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of outside B2B sales (oil & gas, industrial, or chemical strongly preferred)
- Experience selling into EPCs or project-based environments
- Confidence presenting to engineers and project teams
- Strong technical aptitude—especially with mechanical/engineered products
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
