We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations in Oldsmar, FL. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and wants to be part of a thriving company focused on pet health.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory with accuracy and care
- Document and track all products and materials received into the warehouse
- Label, pack, and ship orders to major partners such as Amazon and Chewy, as well as directly to customers
- Operate labeling machinery and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse and uphold inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to hit daily fulfillment and shipping targets
✅ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable reading and handling basic numbers in English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer use
- Previous experience with ShipStation or similar shipping software is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to a positive work environment
