A shipping associate is detail oriented, efficient and careful to correctly and completely fulfill all orders. Responsibilities
- Fulfill and package online orders in a timely manner
- Pack and ship items securely and effectively to minimize breakage.
- Monitor product back stock and communicate effectively with production manager
- Print shipping labels
- Schedule package pickup
- Shrink wrap new stock
- Handle online customer feedback
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat
