- Enter and update large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and verify the integrity of databases and records
- Perform routine data audits and cleanups
- Identify and correct data entry errors
- Organize and file electronic and physical documents
- Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly data targets
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1 year)
- Strong typing skills (50 WPM with high accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
