What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at SWK Management Inc?
Description
The custodial position, while entry level, is essential to providing the World's Greatest Firearm Experience to our customers. The person in this job will be expected to do the following tasks on a daily, weekly or monthly basis:
· Deliver the World's Greatest Firearm Experience
· Ensure cleanliness of store, restrooms, offices, break rooms and parking area
· Maintain ongoing inventory of supplies; restock before out
· Clean up of spills as needed in the store area
· Must be willing to travel as needed to other stores
· up to $16 per hour but must have previous custodial experience
Requirements
· High school diploma or the equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of previous janitorial or custodial experience and use of hand tools
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Experience painting walls a plus
· Be an individual who is driven, confident and flexible
· Must pass drug test and background check
