Join Salesforce’s Employee Success (ES) team as an HR Ops Readiness Analyst and help shape the future of employee experience across the globe!
This is a project-based role supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion. You’ll work with stakeholders across HR Shared Services, vendors, and global teams to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness for new employees.
- Lead operational readiness efforts for new employees joining via acquisition or global expansion.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise, Legal, and Compliance to harmonize processes.
- Build scalable solutions using templates, documentation, and communication plans.
- Analyze data trends to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Partner with global teams to ensure consistency and excellence in employee experience.
- Support cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
- Morning sync with global stakeholders (Ireland, US) to align on project goals.
- Deep-dive analysis into HR processes and systems (Workday, ticketing tools).
- Brainstorming sessions to optimize workflows and improve employee experience.
- Afternoon collaboration with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and refine processes.
- Flexibility to pivot as priorities shift—no two days are the same!
- 3 years in HR, preferably in shared services or operations.
- Strong process improvement and optimization mindset.
- Stakeholder management and critical thinking.
- Experience with HCM systems and ticketing tools.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce.
- HR shared services or analyst background.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and a drive to dig into the details.
