Swoon is hiring for our client in Oak Brook, IL and this will be a hybrid role with 1x a week onsite.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor).
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Analyst to join our team, providing operational support within our power delivery and retail energy business. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and prior experience in billing, accounting, or transactional data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business operations.
- Pull and validate data using SQL queries and Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Manage cases within Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain and track field start and end dates for project or service-related transactions.
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Develop customized reports from integrated systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Passport, Impromptu).
- Present data and findings effectively to stakeholders, both orally and in written formats.
