What you’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Sales Management team. This position will provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Regularly analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with all onboarding programs for new sales team members.
- Perform coaching to ensure compliance with regulations and quality service delivery.
- Foster effective communication within the sales team and cross-functionally with other departments.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a sales management or coaching role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent coaching, and motivational skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or coaching.
