- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Training and Development: Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
