Work Location:Hybrid 3 days onsite in Washington, DC and 2 days remote (Wednesday is a mandatory onsite day) - Non-negotiable

We are seeking a skilled Process Automation Engineer with a developer mindset in an infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering teams across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Security, and Database technologies to drive process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and engineering support teams to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design and implement cost-effective automation solutions using RPA, AI technologies, and other tools.
• Develop demos and presentations showcasing proposed solutions, cost savings, and operational benefits.
• Deploy and maintain automated solutions with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in business process reengineering and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of REST APIs, event management, and tool integration.
• Basic data analysis capabilities; SQL and AI/ML exposure are a plus.
• Expertise in scripting and automation tools, particularly PowerShell.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in a related field.
• 9 years of relevant experience in process automation or systems engineering.

Preferred Certifications:

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent cloud certification
