Syndeo has a Temp-to-hire opportunity for a qualified Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for a growing Wichita company. The Receptionist will be working with a Project Manager to complete various assignments in a timely manner with customer service as the top priority. The right candidate will have customer service experience and general office skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job responsibilities:
- Making follow up phone calls for vendor paperwork, and customer paperwork.
- Ensuring that all customers are happy with all services provided by the company.
- Providing excellent customer service to all current and potential clients both in person and on the phone.
- Provides timely and accurate feedback to company regarding customer satisfaction and concerns.
- Data entry and filing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate multi line phone system
- Must be able to use standard office equipment to complete daily tasks.

Schedule: This is a full time temp to hire position from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Pay: $13-$15 BOE
