Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and manage Community Medical Liaisons within a specific geographical area providing daily coaching, training and mentoring while setting performance expectations for day-to-day activity. You will:
- Coach, develop and retain field talent while ensuring performance management and compliance of the team
- Manage CML team in all aspects of a first line leader in order to facilitate scientific engagements
- Create a collaborative environment that drives success and client partnership

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
- BS, MBA or high level clinical related degree preferred
- 7 Years in Pharmaceutical industry
- 3-5 Years in Field Leadership, preferably clinical or medical affairs
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry and how it interacts with healthcare
- Ability to work in a fast paced matrix environment with a need to be agile and exhibit strong communication skills
- Respiratory experience preferred
- Must live near a major airport
