Job Title: Program Manager III

Location: Cupertino, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to join our Accessories Project Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution across technical and business teams, ensuring on-time delivery and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a dynamic leader who values integrity, is adept at conflict resolution, and can influence teams in a large matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear expectations and communicate project status to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Take ownership and personal accountability for product delivery.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and promote the success of the entire team.
• Establish rapport, credibility, and influence across diverse teams to drive results.
• Solve team-related and cross-functional issues creatively and proactively.
• Apply iterative software development principles and Agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
• Manage backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition to ensure project goals are met.
• Understand incremental delivery, and leverage metrics to drive decision-making.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with the LAMP stack and PHP development is helpful, though not required.
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts, architectures, and methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.

Qualifications:

• 5 years in consumer products and/or other product development
• 3 years of project management experience
• Consistent track record of managing products through the entire product life cycle from concept to post-shipment optimization.
• Experience working with off shore manufacturers and travel to manufacturing sites. Exceptional organizational, management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• The EPM will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining communications within the development team
• Handling cross-team organization, communication, and management
• Develop, maintain and drive project design development plan
• Developing meetings and documenting action items and progress
• Reporting and presenting project status and escalations to senior management
• BS ME/EE/CE degree or equivalent

The hourly pay rate for this position is $90- 95hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
