Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated NOC II Engineers to join our growing IT team in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for mid to senior-level professionals with a strong background in network operations and infrastructure support. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Cisco network infrastructure and Meraki wireless systems.
- Utilize SolarWinds for network performance monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
- Escalate critical incidents when necessary and follow up to resolution.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and implementations as directed.
- Document network changes, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end users and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain high standards for network reliability, availability, and security.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar network support role.
- Mid-Level: 3–5 years
- Senior-Level: 5–7 years
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco network infrastructure
- Meraki wireless solutions
- SolarWinds management platform
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time.
