Marketing and Outreach Director

Synergy Family Services, Inc. (SFS) is a dynamic Outpatient Mental Health Center focused on providing strengths based, culturally proficient services to enhance the social, emotional, behavioral health and wellness of individuals and families. Our Goal is to help individuals and families identify and reach goals such as specific symptom relief, self-awareness, self-efficacy, recovery and the enhancement of well being.

Job Title: Outreach Director 

Job Type: Contractor , Part-time 

Job Location: Hybrid 

Compensation:  $42-45 hourly based on experience 

Responsibility: 

• Supervise Outreach Team
• Design and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to support organizational growth and community engagement in collaboration with Outreach Manager
• Manage System of Care outreach and other C-team identified priority initiatives
• Develop short- and long-term goals for outreach and measure performance 
• Establish and nurture external community partnerships
• Provide guidance to Outreach manager to plan and execute agency participation in community events and workshops
• Collaborate with the Leadership team to align outreach efforts with programmatic and development goals
• Oversee outreach-related communications, including newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and website content
• Track engagement metrics and prepare reports for internal and external use
• ​​Monitor outreach budget by comparing and analyzing results with
• plans and forecasts
• Aggregate, analyze and report on outreach data and outcomes 
• Submit and complete KPI’s on a monthly basis 

Qualification: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach or nonprofit leadership. 
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and lead community outreach initiatives
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  

Salary : $42 - $45
