A growing Kansas City company is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its team.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include :
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Review general ledger accounts for any discrepancies
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist the manager with financial year-end audits and tax preparation
- Help with annual inventory counts
- Any other need assigned by the manager
