Responsibilities
Syntelligent is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Analyst to support DCSA
Location: Industrial Security Headquarters (ISHQ), 27130 Telegraph Road Quantico, VA 22134 or DCSA Stafford Office, 51 Barrett Heights Rd. Ste 201 Stafford, VA 22556
Shift: Day
Status: Full-Time
Duties will include:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior Intelligence & Security (IS) leadership (e.g., IS Chief of Staff, NAESOC Director)
- Track and manage senior-level action items, taskers, and formal/informal correspondence, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
- Coordinate senior leadership meetings, including scheduling, logistics, drafting agendas, capturing notes, and assembling read-ahead materials
- Prepare, submit, and monitor Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers, ensuring compliance with travel policy
- Assist with budget formulation by compiling inputs and tracking expenditures against planned allocations
- Maintain up-to-date organizational charts, distribution lists, and training rosters to support leadership situational awareness
- Coordinate personnel property accountability, including inventory updates and documentation of assigned government equipment
- Manage and update SharePoint pages and other collaboration tools with current forms, policies, rosters, and calendars
- Support quarterly metrics development, status tracking, and reporting deliverables across program areas
- Act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and responsiveness to leadership needs
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience providing senior-level administrative or operations support
- In lieu of a degree, 8 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance or be SCI-eligible at time of award
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and government travel systems (e.g., DTS)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with experience supporting high-ranking officials

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
