Job Description
Supervise the daily operations of the Dome Concessions Department, including the supervision of full-time, temporary, not for profit organizations, student staff and “Non-Dome” concessions events held at Manley Field House, Coyne Field, Coyne Soccer Stadium, Skytop Softball Stadium, Quad, et al.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of college-level education
  • Two years of work experience in Concessions and one year of work experience in Catering events.

Job Specific Qualifications
  • ServSafe certification required and provided upon hire
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate and supervise 60 stadium vendors and cashiers at up to 5 locations in the Carrier Dome and events outside the Dome.
  • Responsible for cash control at all campus (“Non-Dome”) events. Determine product needs and maintain product levels at all campus (“Non-Dome”) events.
  • Supervise 2 bargaining unit Grade 5 Event Helpers. Prepare and stock concession stands for events and maintain cleanliness and upkeep under the direction of current Concessions Manager.
  • Assist Concessions Manager in daily concessions operations and events in the Carrier Dome.
