Job Description
Assist the Chair of the MFT Department, and the Director of Clinical Services, as required, and coordinate the field placements of MFT students. The Internship Placement Coordinator’s main responsibilities are identifying and coordinating agreements with internship sites; and supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating field placements. The Internship Placement Coordinator has other duties including teaching courses related to their area of expertise, serving on college committees and advising students.
Qualifications
Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy; Licensed LMFT; Approved AAMFT Clinical Supervisor; experience teaching in-person and online courses (preferred); experience supervising students in clinical training.
Job Specific Qualifications
Must be licensed as an LMFT and should have clinical, teaching and supervisory experience.
