Hours: 12 hours shifts (both day shift and night shift are available)
Security Clearance: Background Clearance will be required by customer
Position Summary:
System One is seeking a seasoned Turbine Auxiliary Operator with leadership experience along with strong knowledge of operating and troubleshooting of TM2500 and FT8 turbines/machines to supply temporary power to substations

Position Summary:
System One is seeking a seasoned Turbine Auxiliary Operator with leadership experience along with strong knowledge of operating and troubleshooting of TM2500 and FT8 turbines/machines to supply temporary power to substations
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the control panel ensures the unit is running properly
- Making slight modifications in control systems such as tuning to ensure efficiency
- Complete walk downs, inspect equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans,
- Monitor and analyze equipment to determine proper operation, performing minor or initial corrective maintenance such as changing filters, etc
- Starts, stops, controls and monitors turbine generating equipment as required to maintain maximum station capability, including taking manual control of equipment as conditions warrant
- Communicates with Command Center
Qualifications- 10 years of power generation experience
- Experience operating a TM2500 and FT8 is preferred
- PEC Safeland and H2S Clear Certification are required or ability to obtain
- Pratt Whitney Controls knowledge and or RX3I, Woodward Micronet , Bently Nevada and Brush AVR
- Technical expert with operating diesel turbines
- Commissioning or start-up experience required
