Well established manufacturing company targeting an experienced Controller to join the team!
Role is onsite Brea
150-180k bonus
Duties
- Monitor daily cash flow and assist with cash forecasting and reporting on the company’s financial position
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of consolidated financial reports under GAAP and IFRS
- Provide guidance and oversight to the accounting team, fostering professional development and team performance
- Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly forecasting efforts
- Prepare tax-related documentation and support materials for compliance and planning
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and documentation
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal control procedures
- Promote adherence to company ethics, policies, and best practices
- Take on ad hoc financial projects and reporting as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Hands-on experience with GAAP and IFRS, including deep knowledge of revenue recognition and lease accounting
- Proven ability to manage a small team effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
