Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the Engineering Team in the summer of 2025!
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist PMO Office Staff to draft and plan projects startups and execution
- Assist with Program/Project Planning Documents
- Collaborates with Project Managers to monitor Program’s Progression and Budget
- Closely work with Project Managers to develop and design projects optimization initiatives
- Assist with development of Program and Project Milestones
- Provide administrative support to the PMO Staff
- Contributes to project review meetings
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Engineering Variant, Program Management
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions
- Demonstrates curiosity and initiative
- Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Project
- Basic Project and or Engineering Management skills
- Planisware or similar Project Planning Tools
- Good presentation skills
