Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the [Engineering] Team in the summer of 2025!
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the development of the project(s) scope and charter
- Assist with the development of Problem Statement and Risk Analysis
- Closely collaborate with Project Manager to ensure Program Milestones are met
- Assist with development of project timelines
- Contribute with development of visual references for internal and external communication
- Collaborates during decision-making process for Project Development and Implementation
- Contributes during evaluation of Return of Investment (ROI) and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) packets
- Assist with data collection, analysis and validation

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Engineering Variant, Program Management
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions
- Demonstrates curiosity and initiative
- Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Project
- Basic Project and or Engineering Management skills
- Planisware or similar Project Planning Tools
